By purchasing artwork from Sarah Lamb, you agree to the following terms:

All copyright is retained by the artist, Sarah Lamb. Artwork may not be recreated, redistributed, resold, or reproduced without the artist’s prior written permission.

No images, artwork, or content (including text) on this website may be downloaded, reproduced, published, or distributed for personal or commercial purposes without express written permission from Sarah Lamb. All artwork and content are protected under UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Sarah Lamb retains copyright of all artwork, regardless of whether the original work has been sold. Upon purchase, the purchaser is granted ownership of the physical artwork but is only permitted to use the artwork for personal, private purposes. This includes posting images on social media, provided that appropriate credit is given to Sarah Lamb. The purchaser agrees to credit the artist whenever the artwork is shared publicly online.

The purchaser may not reproduce the artwork physically, nor instruct or permit a third party to do so. Public displays of the artwork in commercial or non-private settings require express permission from Sarah Lamb. If ownership of the artwork is transferred, Sarah Lamb retains the copyright.

Representation of Artwork

Every effort has been made to represent the artwork’s size, texture, and colour accurately. Due to variations in monitors and device settings, the displayed image may differ slightly from the physical artwork. Any variation between the image displayed on the website and the actual artwork will not be considered a fault and will not be grounds for complaint or return.

Website Rights

We reserve the right to:

Modify or withdraw this website, or any part of it, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or withdrawal of the website.
Update these terms as needed. Your continued use of the website after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
Withdraw any artwork listed for sale at any time, for reasons including but not limited to sale elsewhere or retention for exhibition.

Ownership Transfer

Ownership of the physical artwork is transferred to the purchaser upon full payment. The purchaser may not trade, gift, or resell the artwork without express permission from Sarah Lamb.

Delivery

Once the final payment is received, the artwork will be delivered to the purchaser. Please allow 5-10 days for processing. Shipping times may vary based on the third-party shipping company and are beyond the artist’s control.

Sarah Lamb will take reasonable care in delivering the artwork either in person or by mail. Prints and cards will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For Second Class, with upgrade options available upon request. Delivery for original artwork will be arranged individually.

In the event of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Sarah Lamb will communicate promptly with the purchaser.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of the artwork, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. However, should any issue arise, please contact Sarah Lamb within 7 days of receipt to discuss potential resolutions.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK law.
